After two years of relentless changes of science teachers at school and after a couple of intensive revision courses which filled our daughter with even more dread, we got in touch with Oliver at a point when our daughter felt really demoralised with all of her Science subjects. GCSEs were only 6 months away.
Oliver built a very fast bond with our her and struck the right chord straight away. He quickly assessed where all the gaps in her knowledge were. He had a very sustained and clearly organised approach, setting very clear goals and manageable revision plans. Our daughter found his lessons inspiring and easy to engage with, even in the thick of the actual exams. She felt confident, able and pushed in an exciting way. Oliver was flexible, consistent, passionate about the subject and clearly cared. Our daughter went from failing all her Science exams during mocks in year 11 to successfully passing all of them and gaining access to the A-Level subjects she wanted.
